The Hassop ponds are situated in the quiet seclusion of Hassop estate and offer anglers the opportunity to fish two traditional estate ponds stocked with Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Crucians, Perch, Chub and Pike. In size, the ponds are approx one acre (top pond) and half to threequarters acre (bottom pond).

Recent stocking took place late 2024 and early 2025. Roach, Tench and Crucians from 6 to 10″ were all added along with a mixed bag of smaller roach, bream and rudd.

Fishing  access is usually available from 15th May through to 14th March
